Supporting anyone with, depression, anxiety, and emotional issues.

The group is run by Melvin and Heather Harrison, with other helpers and enjoys the support of Essex NHS, local Mental Health Clinics, Doctors practises, The Forest Hall Church and Restore Community Church.  We welcome anyone from any area and there is no charge.  The groups meet at Forest Hall, 2 High Beech Road, Loughton IG10 4BL.  Please use the side entrance of this building.

Refresh runs an art and social group.  In a restful environment enjoy a time of relaxation, tea, coffee, snack, and a chat, with the opportunity to join in with some art. No skill required, we supply art for you or you can bring your own art if you wish.  No pressure, just enjoy your time with us. We meet on the first Friday of each month from 2-3:30pm.
