Youth and children
As a church, we believe that youth and children and special to God and an important part of the church of today.
We run a number of activities to cover all ages:
- Noah's Ark Playroom – a Sunday morning group for under 3s to have fun and start to learn about Jesus, which happens every week during the preach
- Smarties – a fun programme for 3s to 5s that meets weekly on a Sunday during the preach
- Transformers – a dynamic and engaging programme for 5 to 11 year olds including worship, craft, games and a talk about Jesus. Transformers happens during the whole of the service every week, except for the first Sunday of the month when the children joining the adults for a combined time of worship
- Restore Youth for years 7 – 9 happens most Sundays and Thursdays and is a chance for young people to have their own time of games, teaching, worship and discussion
- Restore Older Youth happens every monday night and there's also a leaders course and a discussion group once a month each too.
- Outreach projects including the X Bus, boys and girls groups. In addition, there are regular social events and opportunities to worship together, and an annual visit to Soul Survivor.
